At Kohli Beverages, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains our terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds for vending machines, packaged beverages, and related products.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item or model.

  • The product is expired (in the case of beverages or premixes).

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately with photo or video proof.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used consumables (tea/coffee premix, snacks, water bottles)

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice

  • Custom or special orders (e.g., machines installed on request)


🔁 Exchange Policy

If the item is eligible and in stock, we will offer a free replacement or exchange. If not available, we may offer store credit or an equivalent product.


💰 Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the original payment method and may take 5–7 working days after approval. In certain cases, we may offer a credit note or wallet balance.


🛠️ Service Issues – Vending Machines

For vending machines under warranty or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), service will be provided at no additional cost. Returns for machines are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
